With the filter option set to none, you can browse the companies in the database. For convienience, the list is separated into 7 sections: names starting with A to D, E to H, etc.
To view companies with names starting with 'S', Click on the [Q-T] link. When the list appears, click on the Company name, to view the full details for the Company.

To generate a list of Companies for a particular district council, first set the filter option to District Council. When the list of District Councils appears, select the required one from the list and click the Filter button.

Each Company can have one or more keywords associated with it. To generate a list of Companies given a particular keyword, first set the filter option to Keyword. When the keyword box appears, type in a single keyword and click the Filter button.
It is also possible to enter part of a keyword to find a partial match. For example, to find Chemistry, Chemical and Chemicals, simply enter Chem as the keyword.

The prodedure to search for a word, or part of a word, in the Company name is similar to using keyword searching. First set the filter option to Company Name. When the Company Name box appears, type in a single search term and click the Filter button.
For example, to find all Universities, simply enter University as the search term.

To generate a list of Companies for a particular sector, first set the filter option to Sector. When the list of sectors appear, select the required one from the list and click the Filter button.
